WHERE WAS CONGRESS?

After I sent the last email, I noticed that you were referring to a bill
from the last session of Congress. To get to that bill, follow the link to
Bill Summary & Status from our home page, then select 106 from the ribbon
of numbers at the top of the page. Next, enter S.3205 in the Bill Number
search box, and run the search. If you follow the Bill Status link on the
resulting page, you'll see that the bill never made it to a House vote,
and thus
"died" at the end of that session of Congress. Sorry for the confusion.
